2. Eligibility

To register and use the 99qb platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 99qb strictly prohibits use of the platform by any person under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account. Any misrepresentation, including misrepresentation of age, may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using 99qb.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 99qb or any of its partner providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

99qb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99qb platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 99qb supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary and 99qb reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options at any time.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 99qb, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is held in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 99qb wallet within 30 seconds. Deposits via card may take up to 5 minutes depending on your card issuer. If a deposit does not credit within the expected timeframe, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference number.
• 99qb does not charge any transaction fees for deposits made via local mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card payment processing fees, if any, will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical feasibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. 99qb reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending verification of the player's identity or payment method.
• Approved withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 3 minutes of approval during operational hours. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer depending on the card issuer.
• 99qb reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that follow unusual betting patterns, or where there is any reason to suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering. In such cases withdrawal may be withheld pending investigation.

Players are responsible for any taxes or duties payable in their jurisdiction on winnings received from 99qb. 99qb does not withhold or remit tax on behalf of players.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the 99qb platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided subject to the rules of the individual game or market. By placing a bet or spinning a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. The following platform-wide rules apply to all gameplay on 99qb:

Sports betting markets on 99qb are subject to the applicable rules for each sport. In the event of a disputed result, the outcome determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be treated as the official result for settlement purposes.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

99qb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity in connection with the player's use of the platform.
• Use of the platform by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 of these Terms, including use by a person under the age of 21.

Upon closure of a player account for a material breach of these Terms (including fraud, bonus abuse, or use by an underage player), 99qb reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any uninvested deposit funds. Where an account is closed for other reasons at 99qb's discretion, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99qb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 99qb platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if 99qb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

99qb does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond 99qb's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games. 99qb will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

12. Amendments to These Terms

99qb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99qb will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated whenever the Terms are revised.

Your continued use of the 99qb platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
